Hotel didn't provide us proper accomodation. Even though we booked 2 rooms in the app initially they didn't provide us 2 rooms and stated that no rooms are available. But after having arguments they provided us 2 rooms in the terrace with bad odour and proper lock system. Please look into the issue

During the checkin they were not ready for online check-in. They were surprised and allocated a balance room due to complete occupancy by the marriage crowd. I had wet pillows inside my room and forced them to replace it. Very poor experience

Room size is too small. Towels were stinky , washroom was stinky. Bed was good. Toiletries just min standard soap and shampoo sachets. No one can use anyways. Average for one night.

Cigarette Smoke same into the room through the bathroom and the room was smelling like being in a bar. I certainly advise family people to look in for a better option.

I have booked deluxe room for two kids and two adults..but they provided single queen size bed room. With extra small bed at the floor.the room very small.no kettle,power issues
